In the world today, change is exponential; the most dynamic feature of this change is technology. The shift from conventional to technology-based instructions imposes inevitable transformations, upgradation and orientation on the way educational institutions and instructions are managed and made to adapt to changes.

Similarly, the classroom environment is fast changing because of the changing landscape of the world at large. New approaches to institutional management and learning are rapidly catching up and taking over traditional management approaches.

It is said that "Education is the sovereign remedy for all economic ills; the higher the standard of education and science applied to industrial calling, the greater the wealth produced". This speaks of realization of importance of adjusting pedagogical paradigms to meet learning needs and outcomes.

The program emphasizes advanced levels of academic challenge in pursuit of quality and excellence in education. It incorporates sound leadership and quality culture for effective decision making, enabling them to become positive change agents in the attainment of learning objectives.

At the end of the program, the participants are expected to:

  • Be aware of the Global, Regional and Country-based Educational Management Trends and their implications for Sustainable Human Resources Development;
  • Gain a basic understanding of modern educational management concepts and practices and their application
  • Identify issues and goals of managing change and improving organizational adaptability by leading change through organizational development strategies; and
  • Appreciate and understand the process, procedure and requirements for establishing Quality Management System in educational institutions

Tasks:

  • Identify Your Standing on Leadership Scale
  • Leadership Style Survey

Different instructional strategies will be utilized to effectively train the participants, which are:

  • Face to face lectures
  • Group tasks and discussion
  • Study/Field Visit

Training fee is US$350 or Php17,500 per participant which includes training materials, lunch, and AM/PM snacks. Register before September 30, 2017 to get 10% discount.

Accomodation Transportation
Single occupancy: US$50 or Php2,500/night with breakfast Airport Transfers using Van: US$25 or Php1,000/way (maximum of 5 persons)
Double occupancy: US$30 or P1,500/night with breakfast Airport Transfers using Coaster: US$80 or Php4,000/way (maximum of 12 persons)
Note: Accommodation Includes free wifi in all rooms and common areas, airconditioner, hot/cold shower, cable TV, and welcome fruits and drinks  

Registration is on a first come first served basis. A letter of confirmation will be sent once the minimum ten (10) participants is met. If there is insufficient number of participants, CPSC reserves the right to reschedule the training.

A non-refundable 20% down payment is required upon registration, the remaining 80% may be remitted two weeks before the training. If for any reason the participant cannot attend the training program, the 20% down payment may be used for attendance in other trainings of CPSC.
